So they entered into the purchase order with Metro in December for $62.3mil paid a deposit of $4mil in Dec(probably from proceeds of the Nebari loan) and then luckily snagged a finance deal with Bangkok Bank sometime afterwards(one would hope it was substantially complete in Dec).
They also paid $7.5mil for those drilling rigs - and LotusHall didn't - and we're paying for all the Caterpillar mining equipment - and LotusHall isn't - all she is doing is basically supplying the labour - and I note that they haven't yet agreed on a mining contract for that as yet.
And there's a whopping $26.5mil in payables at 31Dec up by $9.5mil since June - I just can't imagine to whom they would owe that much money. They definitely need to sell NE pronto.
