The investment in 5 drill rigs.. 62m investment new hauling equipment.. shows that there are planning for the long term .. when plant 1 kicks in sometime in April and KCN generating $20-30m per qtr FCF when ramp up production is achieved... payback on investment will be soon..
Chatree was suppose to have 4 repeat system target potential.. don't know how they determined this potential . Ie. Seismic or geophysics.. but we are getting high grade hits from 7km.. things will get interesting when there is sufficient drilling information to confirm a repeat system.. don't know much RC drilling is required.. maybe a year with 2 drill rigs drilling..
