Material Uncertainty related to Going Concern
We draw attention to the note 1 of the financial report, which described that the ability of the Group to continue as a
going concern is dependent on raising equity finance. The company incurred a net loss of $1,173,585 during the period
ended December 31, 2023. As a result, there is a material uncertainty related to events or conditions that may cast
significant doubt on the Group’s ability to continue as a going concern, and therefore the Group may be unable to realise
its assets and extinguish its liabilities in the normal course of business and at the amounts stated in the financial report.
Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter."
