the winning bidder for the Saudi zinc project ain't in a position to do anything with it, i have to expect

make an offer for the saudi zinc project:

deferred payments for the initial mine life
2m 5m 10m per year

make the deal, alara share price rockets

take the 100m that was bid at the auction by the alara jv
and use it for project level equity

if capex is 500m, that's already 20% deposit just from the bid amount for the tenement alone !

if necessary, add more equity

if currently unavailable, alara capital raise at increased share price after deal announcement

and there's a major zinc project funded

a few years development

and zinc price has risen
