Prior to the big CR in December, AEV had 1,737,257,249 SOI.

In the December CR, AEV :

"7D.1c ( i ) How many +securities are proposed to be issued without +security holder approval using the entity's additional 10% placement capacity under listing rule 7.1A? 173,725,724"

And now AEV said for this current CR:

"137,125,000 fully paid ordinary shares will be issued under the Company’s existing Listing Rule 7.1A placement capacity"

Any thoughts?

This is the reason why its still suspended. Once again, Brett Clarke couldn't run a meat pie cart on good friday..... Raise, raise, raise, thats all he knows..... Its all catching up with him...
