Additionally the accumulated losses on developing on a piece of open source code is staggering, not sure if anyone else globally could have spent so much on a wrapper for opensource code. They have never answered the question on what IP is actually registered and has been issued. I have searched on most of the main IP registers and nothing appears, they do have a copyright on the name. Unless someone can point me to where it is I dont think they have any unique IP
