the 38 "freebie" drums that got sent to India last October or whatever as a "try b4 u buy - but only pay if ya like it" sorta deal...... seems HCD quite recently got a bill for USD$70K for something to do with customs clearance for those free drums and the privilege of wheeling said drums across the Indian border ........
not even stated if they ever even got to the oil-field.but bet ur azzz they will prolly get a thorough "inspection" by some safety-thong wearing indian chemists i reckon....

when stuff is not going ur way it is not going ur way..... coulda just been bad luck i spose rather than crappy decisions??
