I expect the USA raise price will be the average of the two most recent raises. The people who bought at $23 were likely told that if they buy at $23 (and solve AVR's short term accute cashflow need) then smash the SP down to with the 15% CR limit so that a second raise could be performed at $16 then the USA listing will be someone at or just above this average. Markets are manipulated after all, and mostly by those offering new funds at discounts to prevailing price.

as the US listing gets closer, don't be surprised to see the SP run to about $21 ...
