I feel it is a common misconception to focus on the share price rather than value or in the case of Anteris, future value.

I know this because I was that person.

In many ways I have been reeducated by many contributors and even WP to an extent, through his presentations keeping an open mind and fact checking.

Anyway, PRICE V VALUE

VALUE is the reward and the reason we have chosen Anteris to invest.

PRICE is the cost, we paid to gain entry into our investment.

When we chose to invest in Anteris, we researched and satisfied ourselves that this was an investment for us.

According to our resources and risk profiles, we determined how much we wanted to invest in the company. Along the way we have been given updates as to how our investment is faring ((Anteris) compared to our competition.

Each investor is in charge of their own destiny and should have made adjustments to their investments along the way, should they have chosen to do so. I feel it all comes back to the original decision. WHY did we invest in the first place and how it fit with your investment plan and timeframe.

I feel that if conditions changed with investment Plan then it would be time to reexamine that Investment Plan and take the appropriate corrections. Sometimes it is just human to deflect blame from ourselves, as a defence mechanism to protect our own images of ourselves.

PLAN

I consider having a plan to Trade or Invest, is essentially the fundamentally most important aspect to mitigate Losses and retain profits. Some learn this early and some learn by experience however how many times have you heard only invest what you would be prepared to lose.

CONCLUSION

In the stock market, institutional investors may influence prices through large trades or strategies that create short-term fluctuations. These price movements often reflect temporary sentiment rather than the company’s true worth.

The key is to focus on the company’s fundamentals, rather than being swayed by short-term prices.
