let’s be realistic about what’s going on .The company has told the market that it is intending to list in the USA .it is aiming to raise 100 million to fund the pivotal trial . If your a significant investor wanting to participate in a significant way in the cap raise it is in your interest to see the vwap price lower .We don’t know how the raise will be priced but I suspect based on the algorithm trades managing the constant supply of tiny parcels of shares ticking the price down that someone wants the price lower .Its a logical play .
