MMMMmmmmm so much CRAP you type up that is so UNTRUE about myself and these subject matters, that you have brought up and I will address them here....MAN to MAN (as you say)
I feel it needs to be addressed, because the good people who have supported ROG need to hear the TRUTH about people who SAY they have their best interests at heart BUT don't.......and then cloud and muddy the waters with huge rants n raves, about other matters
not at all within the subject matter.

So firstly..I will summarise ... working backwards.

1.. you are accusing me of wanting a SEAT on the BOD.......FALSE, ..."I have NOT nor do I intend to ask for a BOD seat" I know my skillset.

2.. The Gong Steelworks NEVER shutdown in 2015 because most of the Workers took a 20% PAY CUT to keep the Steel Industry Alive which we were deceived by Management who actually received bonuses within a week of signing off......The WORKERS took the pay-cut NOT the MANAGERS..and as you say....you've Managed Power Stations for 20years after leaving the Navy or Military........
As Karmala Harris said of TRUMP in her speech, "Believe me when I say, I KNOW YOUR TYPE!", ...

ALSO I might just add, That I am very proud to have helped save the many thousands of Workers AND Management jobs in the Illawarra and the flow on effect it would've had in our community!....EXTREMELY PROUD!

3... YOU KNOW I asked for your phone details at the time of the SELL-down but you refused to give me your details, so I couldn't make the simple phone call to speak with you in Early April 2024...... another falsehood on YOUR part....MMmmm?..... this speaks to your Integrity.

4... You always attack our BOD 3 accountants when you know you have spoken with AK and I'm sure he would have told you, (just as he has told me) that Yes all 3 BODs are qualified Chartered Accountants but none actually practice anymore!.........more Integrity.
Our Chairman is a well respected Oil n Gas Industry leader with a ton of experience in drilling over 30 wells in his career......AK has more experience as well in this field....Yet you constantly attack their Credentials.....

I don't need to check the REGISTRY and my Facts.....once again your chart can be manipulated by you and proves nothing, only what you want to show.
Remember I did ask for your ACTUAL BUY/SELL notifications.
NOT what you've entered on a spreadsheet......But that is ok, It speaks for itself how you have presented your chart.......MMmm... Integrity.

6... I think Personally we have wasted enough time with these issues......but when I see my personal "so called issues being with BOD Seats" touted by you, I had to respond.......Truth and INTEGRITY, is everything!.... Especially to me!

We'll let the readers decide.... when they know all the facts...mmmmm.
