In the final report of the NTs scientific inquiry into fracking there are 20 recommendations specific to water quality & quantity and aquatic ecosystems and I recall the NT government accepted all 300 odd recommendations from the reports for which TBN had to comply.
The Pepper inquiry was an independent scientific panel set up in 2016 to inquire into the potential impacts and risks associated with hydraulic fracking in the NT. The inquiry was chaired by the Hon. Justice Rachel Pepper, a judge of the Land and Environment Court of NSW and the panel comprised several eminent scientists across a range of disciplines.
given TBN has been granted its Environmental Management Plan for current drilling of SS-2H and 3H I think the ISEC assessment will most likely not recommend activating the water trigger.
