Shareholders will be diluted 10% and if WES needs to capital raise for ongoing cashflow, bugger that, they say it's not their fault, it's the credit crisis's fault, BS it's there poor management, but I guess after falling from $40, diluting the sharebase by 10% is not much. I think this will backfire on them. Look at QAN, they did a capital raising and their price as not recovered, really WES releases some good news and they just can't help themselves, they captial raise. Investors get nowhere playing this game.
