Yes it looks like a few of the retail punters (me included) will be putting their hands in their pockets for $13.50 later in the week.
Today/tomorrow are the last days to sell some WES (T+3) if you wanted to raise funds to make a profit on the entitlement offer. Looks like WES has managed the whole thing very well by bringing todays positive announcement forward 2 days to support the price for holders who need to sell to raise funds for the offer.
Well done WES, delivering the 2 things all shareholders want, good management and looking after shareholders interests.
