That passage is good to know. They will untie unnecessary costs without loosing significant revenue.
Manufacturing offshore will certainly help margins and long term growth.
I'd say long term value investors will buy PBG. In 12 - 18 months the SP wont be much better but in 5- 10 years it will most probably look quite different.
