perhaps, but the players involved have very deep pockets as we have seen by the takeover/ valuations
some are more than enough cashed up..AOE/Shell and BG for sure will be looking out at the future recovery.
These plants have years before they get going, most 2012-2014...
and as someone mentioned, a lot of holes to be drilled yet.
