Have held this stock in the bottom drawer for quite a few years now, and finally it seems to be getting some traction in the market. Greater volumes are being traded over the last few months, larger orders being placed, meaning that owners are accumulating, and strong support levels are showing at the 2.6c, 2.8c and now seemingly the 3.0c level.
The past few days, seeing this stock test and trade above the 3.0c threshold is a great technical indicator, even with highs of 3.3c. 3.0c has historically been a bit of a resistance level. These high wicks indicate that there is interest and support in CXZ and punters are looking to get in before resistance is broken and it finds a new support.
Financially speaking, having a market cap of $26m @ $0.03c whilst delivering the great financial results CXZ is currently delivering is a whole other factor to consider too. Lets briefly break down this Interim Report.
Starting off with Revenue of $5.4M USD and 15% Rev Growth. With the current foreign exchange market as it is, this is great for a US-based business listed in Australia. This is revenue of $8.6M AUD for H1 2025 on a market valuation of $26M AUD.
This is a highly profitable business. Of the $5.4M USD of Revenue, they made $1.5M. If there was no investment in R&D or Sales & Marketing, you could expect a profit of $2.85M USD ($4.54M AUD) for the half. The margins on this company are insane. Assume that CXZ is able to replicate the same profitability over H2 - no growth, then this business is operating at a PE Ratio of 5.5. ($26M AUD Market Cap / $4.77M AUD Profitability [2x1.5M USD]).
Not to mention that the Enterprise Value of the business is approximately $6M USD less than the Market Cap [$7.3M USD in Current Assets - $1.3M USD in Current Liabilities]. Therefore you're buying the business itself for $16.5m AUD [$26m MC - $9.5m AUD in Liquidity] that is generating $4.77M per year in profits.
Fortunately too, they are investing in the business, which is where half of the margins are going, so the business is growing and always has potential to explode into other clients and/or markets. If this was the case, the business valuation would explode.
Everything I look at is indicating that this is a buy to me. Disclosure that I do hold, have held for a while now, and may buy more, although I am over-exposed in my current position.
