Lev's description of the result seems apt considering the problems generally facing the building industry. What I did like about his commentary was the point that the weather has not played a significant part in their operations. Although he mentioned that this was up until Dec 24 I do note that his letter to shareholders is dated Feb 11th 25 and surely he would have made comment if the weather since December til now had affected them. So I am quite happy to hold here for their continued impressive yield and some mediocre capital gain. Those who bought in in the low $2 have done well as I expected.
