    2.5 billion would be a bargain investment with or without LIS tech (assuming that would be the cost)

    In comparison QLD floated the idea of spending 1 billion on fixing the **ba (no additional seats) or 3 billion+ to a new olympic stadium in Brisbane.

    Government investment in strategic future focused infrastructure and jobs would be a no brainer IMO.
