it does look like licensing is the goal. Guess progressing IP on how to fit out a megafactory wouldnt hurt with selling and negotiating licensing and would fast track any implementation if a licencing agreement was made. Just an alternate view, a deal in either funding to build a factory or licencing would send this stock through the roof.
