When a publicly listed company with a market cap in the millions needs loans from directors and employees to keep the lights on, has falling revenue and rapidly rising debt, has no standalone premises of its own, no material IP, no registered trademarks, no demonstrable product beyond vapourware and an illiquid stock it would be fair to say buyer beware.
