Something has been tragedy wrong with their business model for a number of years.

Unfortunately it has been an expensive land grab. We have the customers lined up by cheap to no fees upfront.
And the implementation is very slow.

If someone gives you something for free you don't really have the need to use it quickly.
Also I think LNU charges a low rate of 0.002 per hour for the viewing on the clips.

If a clip goes viral or is copied off to somewhere else how does LNU count and charge for this..when it's in the wild?
How can they calculate how many people have watched the clip..
