It has been a bit a worrying for me as the company didn’t report on this and other trials for some time especially as a separate Ann instead of stuffing it in 4C’s and 4D’s commentary.
Leaving that aside, it is great the PI decided to change the trial design to exclude such participants than to limit the drug dosage as they clearly see the benefit in the wider patient population. For this particular patient population though I wonder if the future they could continue with a lower dose but for multiple rounds?
