i used UNTs own Lisa today, asking a question about UNT and the ASX that is public knowledge. just not easy to find, but Centrelink demand it.
Lisa was lovely, polite, but useless in getting the information i needed.
These digital agents need to know how to send feedback to their own builders when they are asked for something they don't know. In the first instance, she told me they are not listed on the ASX.
When pressed she corrected herself, but it was a misleading statement. Ultimately she offered no suggestion that company could source the information and provide it later.
That's what a good agent would do.
