From the report: The Company is in the process of completing a placement of approximately $1.5 million in March 2025 and followed by a rights issue to raise approximately a further $1.0 million which is to be completed by April 2025.Interested to hear why they stagger the placement and rights issue by a month? Is this a bit out of the ordinary that they are so far apart? Dunno, I may be wrong/overthinking it.
