Tali holds one of the largest and most prospective tenement packages in theWest Arunta and Tali also owns 12.5% of WA1 Resources Ltd (ASX: WA1), which had a carrying value of interest inassociate of $31.6 million as at 31 December 2024 for Agrimin’s 40% interest in Tali."

Something doesn't add up
The statement made in todays release, says that AMN carried interest value in associate of its 40% holdings of Tali, with Tali holding 12.5% of WA1
gave a value of $31.6 million as of 31st December 2024
At 31st December 2024 WA1 closed at $13.25
WA1 ORDINARY SHARES67.72M
12.5% of 67.2M = 8.4M WA1 shares held by Tali
40% of 8.4M = 3.36M WA1 shares effectively held by AMN
Value of 3.36M WA1 shares on 31st December with a closing price of $13.25 = $44.52 Million
So how is it in this latest release they value their holding of Tali at only "$31.6 million as at 31 December 2024 for Agrimin’s 40% interest in Tali." ??
Something doesn't add up??
Might it be that their 40% of Tali also includes 40% of Tali debt?
