    If that is the case then the intrinsic value of those WA1 shares on AMN books should likely be valued accordingly, with the tax liability included.
    That brings down my whole fair value assessment of the AMN share price if that is the case,
    Sounds like WA1.around $13 then values AMN around 9 cents on the WA1 holdings
