I think they put in for the government grant funding on the Mo Cu Au drilling and got it so it went ahead.
They have to try to assess the most prospective tenements and that takes time.
If they come good on the gold you'll be laughing.
It took AZS over a decade and well into the next to make their most serious finds that were also in demand commercially.
That is despite having an ace exploration team.
There's a huge amount of luck involved not least of which is the minerals that are in and out of favour, the nature and extent of the deposits etc etc. There was a huge deal being made about RE capabilities and critical minerals with the US and now Trump is just giving us a big NUP.
Very difficult to predict what amounts to sovereign risk with the US, and it's a bit unfair to blame AUG for that much.
We'd like them to turn into a multi bagger like tomorrow. Patience it's very hard especially if you're sitting on a paper loss. I'm sure you already know most of this, just an unsubtle reminder it's often about managing our expectations....hard when you're a LT holder and I'm a relative newbie.

I do think they're going to concentrate on gold now; it's the obvious thing to do.
