The only things I took out of this report were that DGR's appeal to the cost order is to be heard in a few months, and that if unsuccessful, DGR might fund the legal costs with a specialised litigation funder.
That means not only will we be paying solicitors, Mather gets his 15% (for not funding) and a litigation funder will also take a large chunk of any winnings.
