I disagree with your statement cashngarb that "Hebang will make AEV great!".

Like most everyone else around here, when Hebang first came on board I too thought this s***show would finally start moving - but that was almost 10 months ago and the fact is nothing much if anything has changed. The following is a listing of what's actually happened (read no further number3, I know how you and reality don't agree with one another).

When BC told Aussiemate in Oct 2024 positive news was coming followed by more positive news, this is what he actually meant:

1) LFP is caput = another dead-end AEV failure.

2) We’re going mining late Q3/early Q4 = extreme bulls**t:

• no money for such an endeavour;
• no financial arrangement;
• no study showing costings and profit margins;
• no customer(s); and
• no time to build the required infrastructure by the stated deadline.

3) We got a 7M loan from Hebang =

• trough full (oink, oink);
• massive dilution to SH’s;
• Hebang one step closer to taking over AEV lock, stock and barrel - for dirt cheap; and
• AEV finally being delisted???

Incase everyone has forgotten, when BC and Co. obtain cash from a CR or loan this has always been followed by hiding, radio silence and zero progress. BC eventually reappears (don’t hold your breath though) to tell investors ‘the can has been kicked down the road’ - which is code for ‘this project is also over and out’.

7M is chicken feed for Hebang. The Chinese could eventually take AEV off the Aussies hands and profit enormously one day - and all for a song. Money talks, the Chinese buy everyone because Governments like Australia are short sighted whereas the Chinese are long sighted. We’ve a history of selling our resources, lands, houses, you name it, in the name of quick money and no regard for the long term consequences.

I said long ago that if the above mentioned bullet points (listed under point 2) haven’t been achieved by June 2025 at the latest, you know Brett Clark has been feeding investors what they want to hear as opposed to reality. April now - three months to get his s*** together prior to construction - pure fantasy!
