Yes they are BUT as I've endeavoured to explain, there's more than just incompetence here. IMO, investors have been continually bulls****ed for years and I think we're now being deceived in terms of what Hebang are really up to.
Look at this horse**** that was served up to investors in September 2024 when Hebang loaned AEV money:

There is zero correlation between those prettily worded statements and the current reality.
