Depends on how recent, (close to HY rpt), that the directors agreed to to the offer, plus its not approved yet.
Agree with El, probably not worth much so not that material to the company, and we're still plenty diversified without it. A bit more cash wouldn't hurt either.
The rest of the report read OK.
