the company didn't put "gross receivable" in the cash flow report, it was just noted in the summary statement along with potential bad debt.
I think your reading was receivable in the quarterly was after bad debt, and that was not the case as only auditor can raise bad debt... and it is good enough for the company raise the concern ...
