12. EVENTS OCCURRING AFTER THE BALANCE SHEET DATE
On 23 February 2022, the Group announced the acquisition of the virtual ATC tower business from
Cybernetica, an Estonian based entity, for cash consideration of €2.5 million. The transaction is
expected to close on 31 March 2022.
The financial effects of the above have not been brought to account at 31 December 2021.
