IMO many shares were purchased at above Ten cents with past positive news and essentially with the onset of a recession neither buyer or seller sees value in making the loss or not enough blue sky to pay the overs.
Therefore volumes remain low in wait.
RHT will not go broke so parking your cash is not the end of the world but needs one of its pipeline products to show serious signs of life.
