The thing is that the lack of sales in Europe is not because of any lack of interest, enthusiasm or merit on the part of clinicians. The sales in NZ and Australia show that clinicians will use it once they can get their hands on it. Consider NZ a pilot launch. Just extrapolate these NZ sales to Europe and get a sense of the market that way.
It's because of the difficulty around getting ethics approval to enter the registry, then getting access to educate hospitals and clinicians, and reimbursement. In fact the last of these is not as big a problem as you might imagine because the numbers of ca pancreas are not huge and there are so few options that charities, health systems and research will fund until formal reimbursement. But Covid really has hit them hard because its a complex intervention that needs face to face contact.
I know there are difficulties and pace is slow. As an investor though, think - what is the company actually worth? Is it really only a 22 million (EV) asset? Its a new technology in an underserved segment, with some approvals and earning some income. I think the market is wrong.
