I think what they’re trying to say is they are selling 1/5 of the company, and they are looking for the right partner
however, the sale price will not be 3.6. Cents.
I assume they will announce something good before a partnership deal
this could be first treatment in China or first treatment in Germany, after that they might sell 1/5 of the company ( they call it a cornerstone investment ) for $.10 that is my hope
In my opinion only, whoever manufactured this share price decline could be acting on behalf of some broker, who is part of the deal, sitting on the other side of the deal, because the lower the SP, the more shares they get
