The only litegation CHM is involved with all stems around the same assets. They arent out chasing other matters.
MMX has stated previously that they had an investigating accountant forensically examine their books and could not account for 5k.
Must have either been a stupid accountant or a dodgy set of books as a big chunk of the purchase price for IO assets was stolen from CHM. This accounting report never made it to court !
You like MMX have a very limited view of what the court recognises as profit.
You cant say we owe you nothing because we never made a profit and then turn around and put your hand out to Mitsubishi for as some say close to a billion for a half share of IO assets. MMX has benefited from this and will have to pass a portion of this to CHM.
As to the reports from CHM if you go to the depths of the GFC they were looking a lot sicker than they are now and rather than having mud thrown at them they should be congratulated for managing to keep the company alive and take the matter to court.
I think you will find most CHM holders now realise that this has another year or two to play out in the courts and have put stock in bottom draw.
