CHM was put into liquidation to hide how MMX went about paying for IO assets
It was brought back from the brink by people who believed that MMX had a case to answer and despite people like you saying CHM is heading into liquidation they went to court and won and now have resources to run out the appeal process from both sides.
Errr duh the main business of CHM is running this case.
The have some ground that was vended into CHM as part of the dodgy dealings and if you can read they have been removing various impediments.
Now rather than a silly post Hoohoo explain what part of the balance sheet is leading you to post crap like CHM is heading into liquidation ?
There are a lot more listed companies out there with worse balance sheets than this one so why are you not warning potential investors about those
