CHM doesnt sue people as their core business, they have had two cases which all flow back to how MMX got control of IO assets.
They proved that 24% of the cash was illegally gained by MMX. If you take the time to reasd the judgement there was more cash but judge while agreeing the funds were wrongly taken didnt agree it flowed straight to IO assets.
Just because you are a holder of MMX is no reason to attack a company trying to undo past wrongs
Once they have won their chunk of cash lets judge them on what they do with it and what steps they take to return to their core business.
