I thought oppies were going to be included in the recon, is that wrong?
Doesn't matter either way to me I don't think, but curious how that side will play out

I made a small fortune on holding a recent consolidation - well last year anyway. ad to wait for a bit, but came out with a 40% premium and ran much higher

The company will usually "make it worthwhile" for the shareholders who stick in there during the halftime break, so would be interested to see what happens here

At the end of the day, the directors want the SP up as much as we do, especially if doing a recon, they will want it as high as possible before that happens
