Oh yeah - and let me get my squillion shares out before you start. Last 2 times I've seen this type of board change happen the share price collapsed. The poor honest buggers who thought it was a great idea to clear the decks were being manipulated by a finance firm. They had no idea until it hit. SOI tripled fast. Big $ went out the door on consulting fees. So easy.
Lucky I bailed at 21c. They've been a mess since and it's been 4 years in the latter one's case. Purpose for the board cleanout was to speed things up. New board candidates promised mining in 12 months versus 2 years with old board. And guess what. Not a sod turned in 4 years with new board.
