A wholesale board change isn't ideal for any company.
But I think VMS needs some new blood.
Current board has become complacent, come off as incompetent and deceitful.
That's why there is a reluctance to invest here.
Just my opinion of course.
Others like Hoax I'm sure are happy with the lack of achievement by this mob.
