    Finally we see the loan terms on the R&D advance.

    The loan was entered into during Jul 23. Loan term 8 months.

    $312.7K blown in loan fees and interest for an 8 month advance on 2.8M. Shows how broke they were/are to be spinning this as a great deal for shareholders.
