Testing my memory there so don't rely on me as the CTD historian but I recall the VGI short paper landed then came back again alleging dodgy accounting and revenue recognition and cash flow that didn't make sense. Recall Joe in the AFR wrote about CTD being questionable on a daily basis and this affected sentiment on and off. My timing might be off tho so DYOR
