One would have thought the current lawsuit may have taught even the most rose tinted poster there is no such thing as trivial definitions......o well some just have to learn the hard way
At least in the BT venture there is more clarity around what unanimous means.
What sort on negotiators buy 65% of a company and agree to unanimous decisions being required.
Interesting RT never put that in his reply to RTFQ.
