The simple FACT in ALL of this is that we owe $40mil US. The court case is just to sort out the timing. If any investor does not understand this then understand this. We owe this $40mill and another $4omill as well and there is an issue of shares equivalent to 5% (from memory) of the company and some ongoing royalties. All of these things are FACT. It's just a matter of when they happen
Another FACT is that there are a lot of holders who are more concerned about preserving the status of their TAX FREE holdings or attaining them or any number of other aspects of their holdings.
Your trading observations are welcome; I very much appreciate them but they are are not the grail; or perhaps one mans grail is another mans wooden cup.
