Geely (who own brands such as Volvo, Polstar and Lotus) are releasing the Zeekr 1 with a new battery from CATL (largest battery manufacturer in the world).
I was watching The Electric Viking who mentioned that one of the variants of the Zeekr 1 (a car slightly bigger than a Tesla Model S) is set to have a 140 kilowatt battery (huge battery, mine is a long range model 3 with a 75 kilowatt battery) that is projected to have a 1,000 km range.
Their standard pack will have a range of around 600 kms with a 95 kilowatt pack.
The battery space is heating up with many Gigafactories in the building and development stage to try and take on the Chinese competition. They will be looking for an edge like Anteo X to be able to compete IMO
