HALFYR: GMB: GMT Bond Issuer Limited - Interim Result Announcement

GMT Bond Issuer Limited has provided the NZX with its unaudited interim
financial statements for the six months ended 30 September 2013.

During the period GMT Bond Issuer Limited received $5.8 million of interest
income and incurred $5.8 million of interest expense.

GMT Bond Issuer Limited will be making its interest payment to holders of
Goodman+Bonds on 19 December 2013. The record day is 9 December 2013.

GMT Bond Issuer Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Goodman Property
Trust. Goodman Property Trust has also announced its interim result today and
a copy of that announcement is available on the NZX under the ticker code of
GMT.
