My initial "take" on this announcment is that it was made by Icon, on their letter head!!
I don't want to draw too long a bow on that yet, but, it suggests to me that some peoples' concern that BPT would be playing blind man's bluff with Halifax-1 and depriving the market of progress information for possible "ulterior motives" seems to be unfounded at this stage.
It strongly suggests that ICN is all over Halifax-1 and if BPT doesn't release anns, then they certainly will and remember that BPT is the operator, not ICN!!
